Cancellation Conditions
The following section details the amount that will be charged in case of cancellation. If the person wishes to cancel a reservation, they must click the link at the bottom of the confirmation email and follow the on-screen instructions. If the reservation includes reservation costs, these will not be refundable. If you have to cancel a reservation, you are advised to do so as soon as possible.
Annulment expenses
- In case of cancellation, if the reservation was paid in whole or in part online, the amount will be refunded less cancellation costs (except for non-cancellable and non-refundable offers).
- In non-refundable cases, the entire amount of the reservation will be charged.
VAT
Prices are indicated with VAT included. The tourist tax and/or local taxes may be requested as a supplement.
Arrival Time / Departure Time
The room or apartment will be available to reception from the time indicated below. On the day of departure, the person must leave the room or apartment at the latest at the time indicated below. Failure to do so may result in an additional night charge. It is recommended to use the "Remarks or additional information" field of the form to indicate the expected arrival time, especially if it may be late.
- Arrival time (from): 1:00 p.m.
- Departure deadline: 12:00.
- Opening and reception hours: Reception open 24 hours a day.
Payment and Reservation Confirmation
The following section indicates the amount necessary to confirm and guarantee the reservation. Payments will be made with one of the cards indicated below, through the establishment's secure Internet pages. Bank card details will be encrypted with up to 128-bit SSL (Secured Socket Layer) protocol. Bank card data cannot be transmitted over the Internet if it is not encrypted.

Extras (bar, telephone, etc.) not specifically mentioned as included in the price will be paid at the property.
Payment and Billing Currency
100% of the total amount with extras will be charged when making the reservation. The person's account will be debited in EUR.
